100g中筋面粉 1个鸡蛋 适量葱花 适量盐 1汤匙太白粉 200cc水

拌匀成面糊

平底锅起点油.将面糊用平底锅用适当火侯煎熟成饼皮

煎起来先备用.

一颗蛋加点蔬菜和一些些水(不用多喔.这是让蛋的口感更好)..拌匀..一块面皮配一个鸡蛋

半熟时盖上是先煎好的饼皮..确认有熟沾附在一起

翻面再煎一下下让饼皮多一点焦焦酥酥的口感
