先将牛油溶化,我是放入微波炉加热,800W加热45秒;

量一茶匙的香草精,倒入牛油中,拌匀牛油与香草精;

将牛油和香草精倒入糖中,搅拌均匀;

把牛油和糖的混合液倒到面粉中,拌匀并开始用手揉搓;

揉成一均匀面团后,分成九小份,每份约五十克;

焗盘上铺一张烘焙纸,整齐地排放待焗心型面团,放入已预热的焗炉,以180℃焗二十分钟,或焗至曲奇呈金黄色;
