轻轻的把面粉拨按压然后轻轻揉捏一下,有生成像肯得鸡那种鳞片是最好,如感觉粉不够则再浸水反复数次(但我觉得做太多次壳会太厚太硬影响口感)

油差不多170度将鸡排放入,因我油放不多,故放入时先不动他,约过40秒翻面以固定粉浆,从开始放入计时约8分钟即可(视肉的厚薄调整),可在最后一两分钟拉高油温使外皮酥脆
