水50cc 黑糖和细砂糖一起煮溶化放凉.待用

黑糖水加入酱油露和小苏打粉一起拌匀

过筛低筋面粉150g加入黑糖水一起拌匀面团此时是很柔软的面团盖上保鲜膜.让面团松弛20-25分钟面团会比原本的面团硬些

洒上30g低筋面粉,将松弛好的面团.揉过.揉至耳垂软度即可搓长条后切成20等份

压平包入红豆馅

蒸笼底部放入干净的布.再铺上烘培纸.放上黑糖馒头前先将烘培纸略沾湿.摆上黑糖馒头后.用喷雾器将馒头表面喷水雾.(这样蒸出来的馒头才会有湿润的口感)大火蒸10分钟

蒸好的黑糖馒头取出.待还有微温热度时.刷上薄薄的橄榄油放入保鲜盒内.黑糖馒头就完成了食用时搭配杯茶品或是咖啡都适宜
