建议购买野生的乌鱼膘品质较好.虽然价格比较贵.但吃起来也比较不会有腥味.因为小雅娘家在海边.所以这次是整只乌鱼现杀、再取出乌鱼膘烹煮.

姜切片、青蒜斜切成适量大小备用.

乌鱼膘也切成适量大小备用.

锅中热麻油.先放入姜片爆香.

接着放入乌鱼膘将二面略煎过.

再放入青蒜一起拌炒.接着加入食谱中的所有调味料.可以试一下口味.调味的部份请视自家口味自行调整即可.

开大火将乌鱼膘再煮个一~二分钟左右.即可盛盘上桌食用了!
