备料先将无盐奶油放室温软化

将糖、盐加入无盐奶油搅拌均匀

加入低筋面粉

搅拌均匀后加入全蛋*鲜奶是备用,觉得太干才要加(图没有加)

用干净(且干燥)的双手搓揉定型并拿去放冷藏20分钟

用一塑胶袋将两边剪开(底部不剪),洒点低筋面粉减少沾黏,将面团杆成容器具的两倍大

轻轻的将塑胶袋撩起,让面团好铺在容器具上

将面团铺整齐后,在底的部分刺上几个洞,准备进烤箱(烤箱预热200度上下火)

找任何可压派的东西(坊间压派石都好贵),所以我用波霸粉圆来充当(效果还不错,可重复使用)也可以用绿豆或红豆
