首先把砂糖和水放在耐热可微波容器~~~微波约2-3分钟变色变成焦糖即可^^"

简单的微波焦糖液就完成囉~~倒入适量焦糖到布丁杯中^^

处理完焦糖后就来做布丁液吧:)将蛋和砂糖倒入量杯中~~~

接着倒入牛奶~~~牛奶份量到达200ml即可^^并加入少许香草精~!!

接着搅拌均匀不需要太用力喔:)

接着将布丁液过筛约2-3次~~~

将布丁液缓缓倒入杯中!!!!大约8分满!!!

放入水波炉~~我是使用内建的蒸布丁功能..(弱.23分)使用烤箱的话150度40分钟左右喔!!!(不过每台烤箱温度都会有落差..可以自己调整温度和时间喔!!)布丁杯上记得盖上铝箔纸或烘焙纸!!!

20几分后焦糖布丁就完成啦^^帮它们盖上可爱的帽子~~~自己看了也很开心:)
