菊花南瓜切去顶端部分当盖(南瓜皮很硬,这边做法是刀先切入部份再辅以肉锤敲打进去切开)

大同电锅外圈加一杯水将整颗切好的南瓜蒸熟放凉备用

以汤匙或方便的工具挖出果肉并剃除籽(这时南瓜已蒸熟皮较软,动作需小心以免瓜皮破裂无法盛装)

洋葱切丝,起锅以无盐奶油炒香软

将蒸熟的南瓜肉、炒好的洋葱丝、约半罐的椰浆一起入调理机中打成南瓜细泥

取一锅将南瓜细泥加热并加入约三大匙的鸡高汤搅拌均匀

将浓汤盛装进原本的南瓜皮中、洒些预留的南瓜皮丁、椰浆ok
