食材( 虾仁去肠泥用米酒和胡椒粉醃一下~花枝切丝)

面糊调好~

一匙油~海鲜略炒一下

炒一下南瓜丝~加一点水闷一下~不用太软~

全部加在面糊里~加一匙盐和胡椒粉调味~(面糊可依个人口味调整~喜欢脆一点的水就少放~海鲜也可依个人口味再增减)

锅子再洗净~起油锅~一大匙的油~油锅热了~倒进所有的面糊~先不动~中小火煎~看边边有金黄恰恰了~很轻松的就可以翻面了~

另一面再煎至金黄就OK囉~可以用叉子试试有没有熟~

起锅前再洒些芝麻就OK了~真不赖呀~欢重口味可以再自行调沾酱~我个人是觉得这样的味道已经足够~^^ 要趁热吃~才会外酥 内软~如果面糊用少一点煎起来薄一些会更酥脆吧~有空再来试试~@@~
