拿一蒸盘,铺上烘焙纸(剪成一个个小方块状),以利蒸煮时防沾,拿一张馄饨皮,包入适量内馅成烧卖状,放在蒸盘的烘焙纸上,

烧一锅水,滚后放少许盐和油,把青江菜放入川烫,熟后捞起沥干摆盘,

将烧卖移入蒸锅内,大火蒸十分钟,移出蒸锅,把底部烘焙纸拿掉,再摆入菜盘内, 另将勾芡调味 太白粉水煮成芡汁,再淋在烧卖上就完成囉~^^
