照烧酱酱料有:米酒 酱油 味醂 冰糖 水

将蒜片也一起放进照烧酱中

切好的猪肉放进照烧酱里醃渍,醃渍时可按摩一下猪肉,会让猪肉口感更嫩,味道也能更加入味

醃渍30分钟以上(这次我醃渍了一整个早上)

记得要用密闭保鲜盒醃渍 或是用保鲜膜包住醃渍天气太热的话记得要放在冰箱里醃渍

醃渍好将所有的猪肉和照烧酱全部一起下锅炒,炒到汤汁稍微收干即可起锅

起锅后洒上白芝麻及葱花╰(〞︶〝) ╯是不是简单又美味呢!!
