1人份的材料,青花菜先烫熟,鲑鱼煎熟

煮锅热水将白面线烫熟,配料先切末备用(青花菜只要上面的花,梗不用)

白面线烫熟后水分沥乾,趁热拌入黑胡椒,盐(盐分请依面线咸度自行斟酌)

将配料加入拌匀

拌匀后,请放置3-5分钟,让水份吸回面线里
