  BuBur Cha Cha  新加坡摩摩喳喳的做法

材料

  Ingredients

  Sweet Potato Diced 蕃薯粒 200gm

  Taro Diced芋头粒200gm

  Coloured Tapioca Flour Cubes木薯粉粒200gm

  Water水 1kg

  Sugar 糖 150gm

  Pandan Leave ( 6Pcs )香兰叶 6 片

  Coconut Milk椰汁 1.5kg

  Red Bean 红豆200gm

  凉粉 300gm

BuBur Cha Cha 新加坡摩摩喳喳的做法

  METHOD

  Sweet potatodiced and Taro diced steamed 10 minute

  Red bean put in water and sugar 20gm steamed 1 hour

  Boil tapioca flour cubes in hot water10 minute

  I kg water put in pandan leave to boil 30minute .

  Then put in coconut milk boil after put in sugar to tasting sweet enough sweetness

  To serve all cook ingredients , put in bowl after pour the coconut milk soup

  Finish done
