先煮一锅沸水~放入姜.葱段.米酒与切块牛肋条.滚烫约2分钟~然后姜切块牛肋条捞起放旁边备用~主要目的去腥味!

起油锅放入蒜头.洋葱末炒香

接着放入切块牛肋条拌炒

加水后~接着放调味料鸡粉.糖.酱油.金桔汁.先试一下味道咸淡
