加入面粉拌炒(依然是小火)用打蛋器搅拌至完全混合无颗粒

倒入一半牛奶用打蛋器快速搅拌至融合.再分次加入剩余的牛奶备用.(用打蛋器是重点.我试过很多器具.最好用就是打蛋器.很快就乳化在一起而且不会有颗粒)

加入第戎芥末酱.白胡椒跟肉豆蔻(我个人喜欢)

加入起司融化

焗烤层搅拌均匀备用
