榨好的红萝卜汁取350cc即可

我是先加入红萝卜汁下去搅拌后加入热开水拌均匀揉成面团!(在柔的过程当中如果觉得太溼自行调整)

揉成面团之后钢盆倒扣盖住面团醒面30min(这时候可以先处理青葱把它先切好)备用

面团分段开始搓揉柔到光滑面,然后切成几小段开始把面团擀开(柔的过程当中记得都要洒些手粉避免沾黏喔)

改开的面团上面要刷点沙拉油&盐(切记一定要均匀涂抹不然盐巴结块吃到可是会咸死人的)再洒上青葱铺卷成螺旋状(像蜗牛形状类似)^^

卷好的蜗牛状面团就可以再用擀面棍一一擀开就可以下锅煎了!煎好的红萝卜葱油饼就完成了^^
