再来分 2~3 次加入过筛低筋面粉

用橡皮括刀或打蛋器或搅拌器根轻轻混合搅拌均匀;不要过度搅拌而产生筋性会影响口感.拌均到无粉状颗粒后柔滑即可备用

[海绵蛋糕体组合:]将蛋白霜分2~3次加入蛋黄面糊里,先取1/3打发好的蛋白到蛋黄盆中

烤箱预热温度约350 degrees °F =177 degrees °C, 预热约10分钟

约烤 13-15 分钟.海绵蛋糕体不要烤太久.因为蛋糕蒸发太多水分的话,整型时会变硬不好卷,容易裂开!

需注意每个烤箱温度不一, 故烘烤时间需视状况调整.(我没好好将空气拍出,都有股股一球的.切记,要将蛋糕确实的把空气拍出,才会漂亮)
