将大闸蟹鱼水龙头底下,用牙刷洗蟹身及蟹前的绒毛

准备锅子加入水等水煮沸腾后,再放入贴蒸网,再放入刷洗干净的大闸蟹,再放上紫苏叶,加上锅盖(中火蒸煮20分钟)

将磨成细泥,柠檬皮磨成细末状

再挤入柠檬汁,加入味霖,白酒醋,拌匀即是大闸蟹的沾酱喔
