海苔时蔬煎饺的做法

准备一包麻油素食口味的元本山海苔

以及郭妈妈肉燥包、青葱切花、香菜切碎

取出水饺皮一片片,分别涂抹一层适量的肉燥

再放入香菜末与葱花,并撕下ㄧ小小片的海苔铺在上层

接着以包水饺的方式对半包覆,于边缘涂抹少许的水,并使用一小把叉子于边缘用力按压,即可紧紧黏住囉!

接着将包好的饺皮放入平底锅中,以少许热油慢慢煎

直至两面金黄即可

另外可以准备适量的酱料调味,葱花及香菜末是使用剩余的~
