甜椒清洗干净后.去籽剖半.皮面向上

送入烤箱.以200度烤30分(请依照实际甜椒烘烤的程度.增减时间)

要烤到.如图中的黄椒.皮会澎起(要整颗都是这样喔.之后皮才好剥)

烤好的甜椒请略冷一些后.撕去外皮
