来炒黑糖了,入锅前干烧锅子不能有半滴水, 再倒入全部黑糖小火慢炒,直到香气逼人且出焦糖液体就可关火

把冲完冷水的珍珠和炒好的黑糖放入容器内,就可加鲜奶啦

因为是浓缩的黑糖水,所以只加了1/3的珍珠黑糖 2/3的鲜奶,(甜度可依个人口味调整)相当浓郁好喝喔!!
