将蛋液倒入韩式炖盅,倒完约8分满!!!

用中小火开始煮,边煮要边搅拌喔!!!

煮至慢慢开始凝固~~

取一玻璃碗盖上!!要完全包覆住小锅子喔~接着蛋会慢慢澎起!!!澎到一定高度后就可以熄火撒上葱花,黑胡椒及白芝麻即完成^^
