老姜洗净后取600公克加约400~500cc用调理机打成姜泥,其余300公克切薄片~

桂圆用剪刀剪小块备用(如太硬请用电锅蒸软约半杯水)

取不沾锅将姜泥倒入开小火煮,微热后加入黑糖与砂糖翻炒至糖溶化

慢慢搅拌至滚后加入姜片与桂圆肉.麦芽糖一起熬煮~20分钟后放入枸杞一起煮~(水量少熬煮时间要缩短)请自行调整~

滚后会冒泡泡一定要最小火慢慢翻炒,约ˇ30分钟后成浓稠状,(拿起后不会马上滴下)
