将糯米粉、水、糖搅拌均匀

拌成团后再揉成一颗颗的小汤圆

将刚做好的汤圆入锅煮熟(浮起即是熟囉!)

还热热的汤圆尚保有水分,此时马上沾上地瓜粉

待反潮后即可起一油锅,油温约为洒下面粉后即马上浮起,这样的温度就可以囉。 再来将汤圆入锅油炸约2分钟表面成微微金黄即可起锅!
