糯米粉加水揉成团,留些干粉

冬菜切碎与绞肉调味拌匀(用肥一点的会更香)

分几次加入3~5大匙水,顺一个方向搅拌至完全吸收(这个动作可让肉馅带有少许汤汁)

手上沾油,取适量粉团揉成圆型后压扁,包内馅收口

水烧开放汤圆用中火煮至浮起捞出
