先处理控肉部份,热一油锅,葱与蒜头爆香

下三层肉煎炒至金黄

加入调味料与2根葱下去炖煮,滚后转小火慢煮

酸菜洗净后切丁

起一油锅,下酸菜与辣椒快炒

调味后起锅

另外花生粉与糖粉一比一调成花生糖粉,香菜洗净切好备用,割包蒸好后,先涂上海山酱

然后洒上花生糖粉,放上酸菜与控肉片,最后洒上香菜
