烤箱预热温度约 325 degrees °F =162 degrees °C, 预热约 10 分钟

将烤盘拿出来, 上面铺上一张比派尺寸大的锡箔纸. 主要是不要让胡桃表面太快烤焦

继续放回烤箱内,烤约 40~50 分钟 .需注意每个烤箱温度不一,故烘烤时间需视状况调整 (我中途将锡箔纸拿开,检查看派边缘是否烤好了.)

烤至烤至表面呈现金黄色或到边缘是浅金黄棕色的,不要过焦,边缘微微金黄即可.就由烤箱取出
