取柠檬皮屑 (只要绿色的部份, 白色会苦); 奶油隔水加热融化

蛋糕模内侧抹上薄薄食用油, 黏上剪裁好的烘焙纸 (方便脱膜)

取一钢盆, 加入鸡蛋、砂糖用打蛋器搅拌均匀

拌入面粉, 用刮棒轻轻搅拌均匀
