手工"方块"珍珠鲜奶茶的做法

黑糖加水搅拌后放到融化,加入太白粉搅拌均匀

将锅子水烧滚,调好的粉浆到入容器中约0.8公分,隔水加热蒸5-7分钟

蒸熟放凉后取下

在沾板上洒上太白粉,用刀子切0.8公分块状,边切边用太白粉搓防沾黏,最后用筛网筛掉过多的粉

将水烧滚后,加入做好的珍珠转小火煮5-7分钟捞起,放入黑糖搅拌即可

将900ml的水烧滚后,放入茶包煮三分钟捞起加入少许砂糖,加入鲜奶和珍珠就完成啦!!用充泡式的也可以,用方糖代替也很方便唷!
