准备好食材。肉片切一口大小、洋葱、红萝卜切小块

准备铸铁锅,冷锅冷油,放入洋葱炒出香气

接着放入马铃薯、红萝卜、柳松菇拌炒。准备温水倒入锅内,盖到食材即可(约1.5碗)。铸铁锅最忌温差大,因此不建议倒冷水。盖上锅盖小火炖煮15~20分钟

打开锅盖,马铃薯已软透即可以将猪肉片放入

肉片差不多熟了,把汤上方的浮末捞出

从锅子里取出一碗的水,加入米酒、将大酱拌匀倒回锅内煮

再放入辣拌酱拌匀。不喜欢辣的朋友可以将此省略(辣拌酱带有甜味,若改用辣椒或是韩式辣椒粉也可以,但是味道上会有一些不同)
