备料:猪绞肉、红葱头、鲜香菇、弟媳娘家的醃瓜(可用醃冬瓜或酱瓜替代,但要注意调味)、小黄瓜

先将红葱头、鲜香菇、醃瓜、小黄瓜切成细丁状备用

放入适量的油品,将红葱头及香菇丁爆香

再放入五花绞肉拌炒

然后加入米酒闷煮约5分钟入味,再陆续加入酱油、油膏、香油、黑糖、冷水等适量调味拌炒滚煮

接着放入醃瓜丁均匀拌炒约5分钟

再移入电锅,外锅4量杯水炖煮
