放入熬汤的锅中加入整块金华火腿, 姜片, 青葱及青江菜, 冷水煮到大滚, 转小火慢慢炖煮约 1个小时.1个小时后将鸡块及火腿整个捞起, 让原锅再炖煮20分钟后过滤掉杂质

留鸡汤再加入大鸡块及切片的金华火腿
