脱皮花生先用料理机打成粗粒状或装进袋子里敲碎

糯米粉2杯加入1/2 杯的冷水先和出一小团块

糯米团分成小块滚成圆形, 再用手轻轻稍微的压扁

压扁的糯米球放手的中央用大拇指压出一个凹洞,之后的脆花生和黑糖蜜就会沁在里面,

水烧开,滚水中放入做好的糯米球,用中火煮到浮起就可以捞起沥干先淋上黑糖蜜,再撒上香脆的花生粒,
