牛肉炒河粉的做法

Mix rice flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch (can use tapioca starch as a replacement), oil, and water together. Let sit 15 mins. Pour mixture into a oiled metal pan.
2Place metal pan directly into a large pot of boiling water in a wok so it floats. Cover wok and let cook 4-5 mins
3Once cooked, remove pan from wok using tongs. Place 河粉 into oiled cutting board.
4Repeat process a few times. Once cooled, cut into thick strips.

6Separate each of the layers into individual noodle strands. Marinate beef with a little soy sauce, corn starch, oil. Poach the bok choy in water briefly. Fry the beef.
7Add noodles and 蠔油,酱油,水 mixture. Mix well by tossing wok. Add vegetables and cook briefly. Serve immediately.
