倒入白酒呛锅后,先将海鲜夹起,以免煮老

加入少许姜黄粉及白米炒一下,再倒入鸡高汤1碗及白开水1碗,加盖大火煮滚后,改小火闷煮至水份收干(大约10~15分)

水份约剩6份干时,加入蛤蜊及甜豆,加盖闷熟至蛤蜊打开

最后起锅1分钟前,放入先前夹起的虾子及小卷,起锅前放入九层塔配色,江江江江江~完成!!!!!
