将全部材料备好,马铃薯、咸蛋黄全压成泥。热开水一定要烧沸100度的才行喔

用100度的热开水倒入澄粉里,快速拌匀。拌匀后盖上盖子焖5分钟5分后取出,用手揉到光滑

接着倒入橄榄油后,揉到光亮

把马铃薯泥、咸蛋黄泥、盐拌匀

接着马铃薯泥加到面团里,揉至光滑均匀后,抓约35g一球,分成数等份。还没使用到的面团要先盖上以防干硬掉

取一面团揉成圆,再用手掌压圆片后,将起士片包入

接着捏成梨型后,最上面塞入一颗甜红豆即可

气炸锅做法:梨身抹上少许油后,气炸锅160度8分后200度2分钟。油锅做法:油约中温,下锅炸至金黄色即可起锅

吃时要小心喔,因为里面会爆起士浆
