面团材料~除了奶油外,全部材料混合搅拌成面团。再揉入软化的奶油,揉至完全吃进面团喔!约5分钟即可。揉好的面团静置10分钟,分成10等份,搓成水滴状

较宽的在上,杆成约25公分长平面。上方约5公分处,从正中切开

切开后左右两方打开,直接往下卷~要卷紧些喔!

然后弯成牛角状~~整型ok!

放入烤箱发酵40分钟。发酵完成取出,烤箱160度预热

涂刷材料~蛋黄 鲜奶混合,轻轻刷上,再撒上芝麻粒
