首先将人参洗干净泡水30分钟,水到时候要留着喔,要煮鸡汤用的

先用牙签把鸡的头部封好,从屁股开口处放入栗子、大蒜、红枣各2-3颗,以及枸杞、圆糯米,抖一抖,约装7分满,再放入一部份的人参,

用牙签将鸡屁股也封起来。把鸡脚切掉,比较好封喔!

把鸡放进锅子,放入鸡脚、大蒜、红枣、洋葱、栗子和人参

倒入人参水、再加入一般的水,大概加到锅子的9分满,就可以开中火炖煮

煮开后,放入葱段和枸杞,转小火炖煮个2.5个小时

过程中可以捞捞浮油和渣渣,起锅前视个人口味加点盐巴调味,就完成囉!
