冷水3.5杯约600g&在来米粉搅拌均匀

芋头丝(先用沸水8.5杯约1500g同时煮沸)→冲入米浆中→加入调味料搅拌均匀

将5的材料倒入准备好的蒸笼里→抹平开始炊蒸→时间约水开转小火→1小时左右

可以使用免洗筷子由中心点插入在拿起看沾黏度是否熟透(不黏竹筷子表示熟透)
