先制作内馅,苹果削皮去籽,切成四等分后再切成约5mm厚片状,淋上柠檬汁稍微搅拌一下(可防止苹果迅速氧化变黄)

取一平底锅,放入奶油,以小火煮至溶化后,放入苹果片、糖、洒一点肉桂粉,香草籽(香草荚对剖刮出)与香草荚一并放入锅内拌炒

倒入蔓越莓干、兰姆酒(添加风味用,视个人喜好添加),以中小火煮至收汁为止

取出香草荚,将内馅倒入烤皿均匀铺平备用

制作表层坚果奶酥派皮,将低筋面粉、糖粉、杏仁粉筛入搅拌盆,放入冷藏过切成小丁的奶油,以刮板切拌混合,再以手指将奶油捏拌至颗粒松散状

将敲成碎粒状各式坚果(核桃、腰果、榛果、杏仁等),与杏仁片一起加入混和搅拌均匀

将步骤6的坚果奶酥派皮均匀铺在步骤4的内馅上

切成5mm的苹果片(两面可再稍微沾涂少许柠檬汁)与蔓越莓干摆成花朵状作装饰,在苹果上放一点奶油丁

放入预热的烤箱以180度C烤约15~20分钟,烤至表层呈现金褐色,香喷喷的苹果奶酥派就完成啦^^
