取出水饺皮与适量内馅于中间

用一小匙热油热锅,转中小火将饺子一个个盘于锅中慢慢煎到微焦后,再准备约半碗太白粉水于锅边慢慢淋入水饺周围继续小火慢煎至太白粉水略干,再放入约3/4碗面粉水由水饺上面淋入

盖锅盖,用水蒸气方式让水饺上层慢慢蒸熟

蒸熟过程中可打开锅盖巡视一下是否有蒸透
