超简易~韭菜蛋饼的做法

韭菜洗净沥干切末备用~ 中筋面粉 水(适量) 调味料~ 拌匀~此面糊没有特别的调配比例..水适当加入拌至呈微微的稠状..可流动的状态即可!!

再将切好的韭菜末加入拌均匀~

舀入适量面糊至平底锅中..让面糊均匀摊开~

摊开的面糊厚薄尽量一致~直接打入一颗蛋..或是蛋打散再倒入皆可~随意的拨动一下即可~

底层上色后再翻面~将另一面煎至金黄上色即可

我喜欢用木铲子直接在锅中切一切就盛盘~

搭配番茄酱或是甜辣酱都非常对味~^^
