水油皮面粉混合过筛,放入容器内,中间拨开倒入椰子油,用较硬的刮刀,稍拌成粉油粒状,再将水倒入以手按压方式〈避免出筋〉压成团,静置约20分钟

将作法1水油皮,作法2油心各均分成24等份,稍搓圆,依序取水油皮稍用手掌压扁包入油心,封口捏合好,避免油心外漏

封口向上依序以手压扁擀成长薄片,由上往下卷起成筒状,在擀开再卷起,最后在擀成片状包上内馅,封口捏合好,捏成圆球状,收口朝下,稍整型,直接摆入烤盘,上面刷上黑糖蜜水,洒上少许白芝麻放入预热180度~190度烤箱烤约20分钟
