预备材料: 本菇(切滚刀状),绍菜(切段), 葱(切段)及鱿鱼洗净切段、指天椒(切碎)备用.

热锅煮滚500毫升水, 放入本菇, 绍菜, 一半份量的?段及虾滑, 再煮至水滚.

水滚后拌入鱿鱼, 1茶匙代糖, 冬荫功酱, 指天椒碎及鱼露.

关火, 滴入适量青柠汁调味, 洒上其余葱段, 即成.
