虽然是黑米,但实际上是接近糙米口感的黑米,所以不需浸泡水,以一般煮米方式即可(多一点点水也无妨)~再加入软化的桂圆肉

因为我有加入米酒,所以米:水:米酒比例为 1:0.8:0.2

关起上盖往左转扣紧

选择出气阀转至【密封】功能

接着按下【功能选择-米饭】(14分钟)

再按下右边【烹调】启动,开始加热、起压、动态保压进行炖煮功能

待电源跳起后,先闷锅保温5~10分钟待冷却后浮子阀落下,再使用隔热手套小心转出气筏至【排气】后,稍等个20秒~30秒,按【保温/取消】键开盖
