抹茶液: 抹茶粉1.5茶匙,温开水1大匙

a.先做面糊的部分: 1.先将蛋跟糖混合打均匀

2.再把植物油倒入混合打均匀

3.低筋面粉 再来米粉过筛

4.先将过筛好的面粉跟再来米粉先放一半到盆子里 牛奶也先倒一半~ 动作不要太大.拌匀后再将剩下的粉类和牛奶再全部倒入混合均匀

5.完成的面糊

b.蛋白霜部分 ((蛋白不能沾到水)) 1.先用手持搅拌器用最高速打出泡泡~约15秒左右

2.先将一半的糖倒入~

3.再倒入塔塔粉or 柠檬汁~ 打至泡沫细致时

4.再把剩下一半的糖倒入打发

5.打到蛋白霜拿起来有这样三角型坚挺的样子就可以

面糊跟蛋白霜混合: 先挖一大匙的蛋白霜加入面糊搅拌均匀 搅拌时候以同一方向搅拌.不要一下往左一下往右搅拌~

然后再将第一次混合好的面糊倒入蛋白霜里.一样混合均匀

再倒入抹茶粉水

其实不用太多搅拌~只要稍微搅拌各3.4下就可以. 免得像我一样大理石没有很明显

进炉前在桌上敲几下敲出较大的气泡,放入已经预热到160度C的烤 箱中烘烤48-50分钟

出炉后马上倒扣放凉.因为我没有倒扣插所以用锅子架高:P (倒扣时必须架高,至少离桌面10cm,避免热气回流造成表面湿黏)

完全凉透后用扁平小刀延着边缘括一圈脱模,

中央部位及底部也用小 刀贴著括一圈脱模即可
