稀少糖/冰糖加入水以中小火煮溶后放凉备用(可将两种年糕当中所需的糖和水一起煮好再分半)

椰汁年糕中的糖水加入椰汁拌匀备用

班兰叶先洗净剪碎,加入糖水用搅拌机打匀,隔渣后加入椰汁拌匀备用

糯米粉、木薯粉、澄面先拌匀,先下50ml椰汁糖水,再下油,搓成粉粒,再逐少下椰汁糖水搓成团(大概用一半至三分二的份量)

模具先扫上油

先下班兰椰汁年糕糊,中火隔5分钟至表层凝固,再下椰汁年糕,再蒸5分钟,之后相间逐层蒸至满模,最后蒸15分钟,之后彻底放凉脱模后即成。
