芋头用电锅蒸半熟(外锅半杯水)

开火后倒入橄榄油,放入红萝卜和盐炒一下至软

放入杏鲍菇炒一下

放入泡软的干香菇

放入猴头菇、姜、辣椒

放入两碗公水和板豆腐及四神汤包后盖上锅盖开大火至滚,再关中小火约煮三十分钟,起锅前放入芋头再煮一下即可!(青菜可另起开水烫熟)
