加入牛奶

先加一半的细砂糖,用电动打蛋器低速打到起泡

倒入6吋烤模型.表面用橡皮括刀轻轻抹平整,然后锅底轻敲工作台面,敲出空气

需注意每个烤箱温度不一, 故烘烤时间需视状况调整

烤到表面上色就将温度调成低温,可以稍微把烤箱门打开一个缝让温度下降一些,等个1-2分钟再将烤箱门关起来,这样也比较不容易烤裂.
