无糖木瓜奶酪的做法

1.将木瓜剖半后去皮去籽,底部削平(利于平放)

2.吉利丁片泡冰水泡软

3.鲜奶用小火加热至约60度左右,将吉利丁片拧干丢入搅拌至溶化后放凉

4.倒入准备好的木瓜内

5.最后放入冰箱冷藏3-4小时至凝固就可切片享用囉~
